Day 11. Pan Fried Red Snapper with Almond Flour Crust

First trip to the grocery store in a few weeks so tonight we’re having fresh fish! Pan fried Red Snapper with almond flour crust and a side of broccoli cooked in the same pan.

Almond flour is a great coating for fish and chicken. Take half a cup of almond flour mixed together with salt and garlic powder. Coat the fillet on both sides and fry in a hot pan with a good oil. After cooking, remove the fillet and squeeze fresh Meyer Lemon juice on it.
