Day 12. Fish Burritos with Cabbage Slaw
Tonight’s fresh Dover Sole is going into one of my favorites, fish burritos stuffed with cabbage slaw, black beans, guacamole, corn, red bell peppers, onions and garlic and Tapatio sauce
The fish can be fried with simple salt and pepper and fresh Meyer Lemon squeezed on top. The cabbage slaw is made by mixing a little mayonnaise with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a squirt of Sriracha sauce. Another favorite of mine is slow cooking bell peppers, onions, and garlic together with a little cumin.
