Day 6. Gyoza and Rice
Tonight we are eating Trader Joe’s chicken gyoza with rice, frozen peas, asparagus, avocado, leftover Salmon and lot’s of seaweed. This is a classic meal in our house. Mainly, because it is one of two meals that my husband cooks. He acquired a taste for fluffy rice and a rice cooker when living in Japan. He insists the key is soaking the rice prior to cooking. I’m just happy he’s cooking.
