Day 22. Avocado Toast
Dinner doesn’t always have to be a big production. Tonight my family gulped down half a loaf of toasted sourdough loaded with smashed avocado, nutritional yeast, large flakes of Dead Sea salt (any salt will do), and crumbled kale chips leftover from last night’s’ dinner. If you need a little more substance to your dinner, add a fried or poached egg.
